Recreation Supervisor Hilton Dubai Palm

At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Recreation Supervisor is responsible for effective supervision of the Hotel / Recreation facilities Distribute Pool towels to pool and beach guests and provide them with a warm and sincere welcome.

What will I be doing?

As a Recreation Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the recreation team to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Recreation Supervisor will also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Distribute, delegate and direct workload to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labour and material. Monitor and evaluate team member performance.
• Maintaining and supervising pool and beach. Ensuring items are stocked, inventory is checked and maintained
• Plan and monitor activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
• Select and train Recreation team members in proper work procedures and techniques
• Assists in dealing with guest needs, emergencies and/or extra services for guests
• Communicate effectively to conduct staff and departmental meetings
• Attend various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information
• Preparing of annual budgets and monthly forecasts alongside Head of the Department
