Howard is seeking an experienced Real Estate / Vacation Rental Director of Accounting (Contractor) to lead the accounting and financial reporting for real estate or vacation rental portfolios. This role will oversee compliance, accuracy, budgeting, and financial controls while supporting executive leadership with strategic decision-making.

We are looking for a finance leader with strong technical expertise who brings proven success in either real estate or vacation rental/timeshare accounting, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in real estate or vacation rental/timeshare finance/accounting.

Background with top firms (Cushman, Deloitte, EY, or similar) is a strong plus.

Deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
