Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant sales role.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and property trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for complex transactions.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships, providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools for real estate.
  • A valid real estate agent license is mandatory for this position.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by client availability.
