Requirements

  • Valid real estate broker license required for state or region of operation.
  • Proven experience as a successful real estate broker or sales agent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and related legislation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and other computer applications for business management.
