  • Building trust and relationships with new and existing clients over time.
  • Handling client briefing sessions to clearly understand their real estate preferences.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license or certification from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in a real estate sales or administrative role.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of current real estate market conditions and trends.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple clients and property listings concurrently.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and multiple listing service portals.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
