Role: An experienced Senior Oracle Developer to join our in-house IT team to support and enhance our Oracle-based ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and performance of our ERP platform, developing new modules, troubleshooting issues, and guiding junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

•        Experience in POS and inventory-related ERP modules.

•        Familiarity with Git-based version control and deployment workflows.

•        Prior experience with Oracle Forms migration projects is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle development within a retail ERP environment.
• Proficiency in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Forms, and Reports.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and ERP systems integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
