A Quantity Surveyor plays a critical role in the construction and engineering sectors, tasked with managing and overseeing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage preliminary cost estimates for construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar field.
• Professional accreditation with RICS or relevant body is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in cost management for construction projects.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
