As a Property Consultant specializing in luxury real estate, you will play a pivotal role in helping discerning clients find and invest in high-end properties. Your focus will be on understanding the client’s needs and providing exceptional service, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to closing. Known for your impeccable taste and expert negotiation skills, you will have insider knowledge of market trends, emerging neighbourhoods, and premium properties. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions when buying, selling, or leasing luxury homes, apartments, and estates. Passionate about real estate and with a commitment to excellence, your role is to build and nurture long-term relationships with a distinguished clientele, offering an unmatched level of personal attention and guidance throughout their property journey.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop leads through networking and marketing.
  • Schedule client meetings to discuss property preferences and investment goals.
  • Conduct extensive market research and provide insights on luxury trends.
  • Create and execute personalized property searches aligning with client needs.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Arrange and accompany clients on viewings of luxury properties.
  • Prepare and present professional property presentations and proposals.
  • Advise clients on suitable property investments and financial considerations.
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts comply with legal regulations.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with a high-profile client base.
  • Stay updated on new listings, property developments, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with other real estate professionals to close deals efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate dealing with luxury properties preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of the luxury market.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and contract negotiations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Possess a valid real estate license and willingness to travel as needed.
