Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the real estate market. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to assess their needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions. Your deep understanding of market trends, keen attention to detail, and excellent negotiation skills will ensure that clients achieve the best possible outcomes in their property transactions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new property opportunities for clients.

  • Provide expert advice on property investment and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed property market analyses and forecasts.
  • Facilitate property viewings and organize open house events for prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate property sales terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals during the transaction process.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of client contacts, transactions, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare marketing materials and digital listings for properties.
  • Analyze comparable property sales to determine the competitive market price.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of local and regional property market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for success.
  • A valid real estate agent license is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and property management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
