Job Description

The role of a Property Consultant is vital in the dynamic world of real estate, where skilled professionals bridge the gap between property sellers and buyers. Property Consultants play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complex process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of properties available in the market.
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities and portfolio diversification strategies.
  • Facilitate property transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring all areas are covered.
  • Collaborate with developers and real estate agents to identify new selling and rental options.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate property listings to market online and offline platforms.
  • Interface with financial institutions to assist clients with mortgage financing processes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge on local real estate laws and regulations impacting clients.
  • Provide post-sale services that ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and direct marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and a strong customer service record.
  • Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and client needs effectively.
  • Capability to work independently, with a focus on delivering results-driven performance.
  • Current real estate license is required to practice legally in the location of employment.
