Project Manager

We are looking for a Site Project Manager who will be accountable to handle ELV/ICT projects from planning to implementation. The role involves coordinating resources, allocating budgets, and measuring performance. The Project Manager will oversee Project Engineers and Technicians while monitoring daily site activities.

Technical and Operations

• Assist in the definition of project success criteria and objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality;
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as per signed agreement;
• Acquire manpower, equipment, tools and materials needed for the project with attention to budgetary limitations;
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measures;
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Run project status meetings as required and attend to issues and complaints as necessary;
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques;
• Measure project performance and manage issues and risks using appropriate tools and techniques;
• Ensure all projects delivered fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints;

• Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
• Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field
