Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of design projects in transportation and infrastructure.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure projects meet objectives, deadlines, and budgetary requirement.
• Leverage your extensive background in project management within the Middle East to navigate regional challenges and foster strong client relationships.
• Oversee project compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Direct efforts towards projects based in Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with client expectations and local considerations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Abu Dhabi to optimize project outcomes.
• Apply your expertise in master planning to enhance the design process and overall project success.
• Collaborate with the WSP team to integrate master planning principles into multidisciplinary projects.
• Lead and motivate the multidisciplinary WSP team, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years professional experience.
• Proven track record in project management within the transportation and infrastructure sector, with significant experience in the Middle East.
• Experience in conceptual design, detailed design and working within large multidisciplinary design teams.
• Must have Abu Dhabi based project experience.
• Experience in master planning projects is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team effectively.
• PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
