Position: Project Engineer - Emirati

Location: Dubai, UAE

Budget: AED 25,000 (can go up to AED 28,000 for candidates with 5+ years of experience

Job Purpos

eThe Project Engineer will support the management and delivery of projects, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality objectives are consistently met. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and in compliance with safety, contractual, and regulatory standards

Key Responsibiliti

• esMonitor and control project scope, preventing scope creep through effective approvals and documentatio
• n.Support in preparing and implementing risk management plans to mitigate cost overruns and project delay
• s.Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all deliverables meet required quality standard
• s.Arrange and attend progress meetings, tracking contractor and consultant performance against schedule
• s.Ensure all health and safety procedures are implemented, including proper use of PPE and compliance with storage protocols for material
• s.Coordinate with authorities to secure required NOCs and permits for project executio
• n.Review and approve contractor and consultant organization charts, ensuring deployed staff qualifications meet requirement
• s.Manage project documentation at close-out, including as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manual
• s.Provide project progress updates and reporting to senior managemen
