Project Coordinator UAE Nationals Only

What You Will Do

The Project Coordinator will be directly reporting to the Director - OpenBlue Delivery for the Middle East region.

You will be based in Dubai and directly interacting with our customers daily, improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvements in operation excellence. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your administrator capabilities to deliver in a multicultural environment.

How You Will Do It

• Coordinate and manage digital projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development & Engineering
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business goals
• Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices
• Facilitate meetings and project reviews
• Assist in resource planning and allocation
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

• 3-5 year of work experience in similar field.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong planning and prioritization skills with a structured approach to work.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator with a professional manner, both with colleagues and customers.
