The Procurement cum Marketing Specialist is a pivotal role that bridges the procurement and marketing functions within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best terms and conditions.

  • Monitor market trends to determine the right time to purchase goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations when selecting vendors.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.

  • Analyze supplier performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Prepare analytical reports on procurement and marketing activities for management evaluation.
  • Manage and oversee the advertising and selling of products to consumers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts reflect market demand and supply.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and marketing roles within similar industries.
  • Excellent negotiation skills accompanied by strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management and marketing principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software tools.
