Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the curriculum (CBSE)
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based and experiential learning, to enhance students' understanding.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to track student progress.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
- Utilize technology and interactive tools to make learning engaging.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that supports student participation and collaboration.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education. A B.Ed. is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in primary grades, preferably in an international or CBSE/IB curriculum.
- Strong understanding of child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
