Job Description

We are looking for a female Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. Your expertise in assessing patients' needs, designing treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapies will contribute to enhancing their mobility, function, and quality of life.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations.
  • Use diagnostic tools and tests to evaluate mobility, strength, posture, and range of motion.
  • Design individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices.
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals for rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, stretches, and specialized techniques.
  • Use modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat therapy as appropriate.
  • Develop strategies to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and improve patients' comfort levels.
  • Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and exercises they can perform at home.
  • Provide guidance on ergonomics, posture, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Stay updated with advances in physiotherapy techniques, technologies, and research through professional development.
  • Advocate for patients' well-being, making recommendations for appropriate care and treatment.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist with the relevant authority in the UAE.
  • Previous experience as a Physiotherapist is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Proficiency in assessing patients' physical conditions and designing evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Hands-on experience in various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for building patient rapport.
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
  • Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and patient confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
