The role of a Patient Administrator is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities.   • Process insurance information and handle billing tasks efficiently.

  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Resolve patient concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and patient-friendly front office area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve the patient experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in work hours.
