This position is based in Saudi Arabia and will initially be offered on an interim United Arab Emirates employment contract (while being based in Saudi Arabia). Once our Saudi Arabian legal entity becomes operational, the successful candidate will be transitioned to a Saudi Arabian employment contract which will be subject to saudization regulations.

Salesforce Middle East is looking for an experienced Partner Account Director for the Middle East who can lead the next phase of growth, development and customer success of Salesforces consulting partner eco-system in the the Middle East. This role will be based in Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Director of Alliances for Middle East, the Partner Account Director responsibilities include develop and driving execution of revenue-driving programs & initiatives, sponsorships, technical enablement, certification and support and plays a critical role in driving customer success through partner success.
The Partner Account Director will define the joint short and long term business goals and go to market plans with Salesforce consulting partners in across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. In this role the Partner Account Director will work closely together with the Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Customer Success Group, Partner Success, Partner Solution Engineering and Partner Program teams.
