Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Paralegal to join the resort’s Legal Team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Legal Department.
Review, proofread and format a wide range of legal documents including NDAs, contracts, leases, service agreements, letters and legal notices
Assist in preparing and maintaining contract templates, clause libraries and version control across the department
Prepare contract summaries and key terms sheets for internal stakeholder circulation
Ensure accurate filing and organization of executed documents (both electronic and physical)
Work with the Contract Services Department to track contract expiries, renewals and key obligations in the contract management system
Conduct legal and regulatory research under supervision of legal counsel
Summarize legislation, precedents and regulations
Assist in preparing compliance registers, checklists and audit reports
Support the drafting and maintenance of internal policies and compliance manuals
Assist with preparation and filing of company documents (licenses, resolutions, powers of attorney, shareholder consents, etc.)
Maintain accurate corporate records, including registers of directors, shareholdings and company structure charts
Support in coordinating with external counsel, notaries and government authorities for attestations, certifications, and corporate filings
Manage the calendar, appointments and travel arrangements of senior legal personnel
Handle correspondence, meeting scheduling, and preparation of agendas and minutes
Maintain confidential files and ensure the secure handling of sensitive information
Coordinate logistics for meetings with external counsel, vendors and government authorities
Prepare expense claims, reimbursement forms and related administrative documentation
Support contract automation and management platforms
Track and report on legal department KPIs, dashboards and task lists
Provide support for training sessions, presentations and internal communications
Liaise with Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure alignment of contract and policy requirements
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law or legal studies from a recognized university (a paralegal diploma or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal in a private law firm with a focus on corporate and commercial law
In-house experience (particularly in hospitality, real estate, or construction industries) will be an advantage
Strong understanding of UAE laws and free zone regulations
Exceptional drafting and document-management skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management platforms
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
