As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be a vital component of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through direct interaction with clients in various locations. Your main goal will be to present high-quality products and services to potential and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. The position requires frequent travel to meet with clients in different settings, contributing to face-to-face meetings that build trust and rapport. This role demands excellent communication, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of our products to execute successful sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients to generate sales.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to clients effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to streamline promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and market trends to adjust strategies.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Submit timely reports on sales activities, prospects, and sales performance.
  • Attend trade shows and events to promote products and connect with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of two years or more in a sales representative role.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently without constant supervision.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.
  • Self-starter attitude with strong initiative and accountability for results.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and travel.
