Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our company through direct customer interactions and strategic territory management. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who thrives in a challenging and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is someone that possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for building relationships with clients. You will play a pivotal role in our organization by expanding our market presence, conducting product presentations, and closing deals with new and existing customers. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Organize and execute presentations to showcase products and services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and customer needs.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify and address potential client concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to boost company profile.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit accounts responsibly.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to stay competitive.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the sales field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to drive and travel extensively to meet clients and prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive environment.
