Driver (Autonomous Vehicle Test Driver)

Driver Required Urgently 10 nos. (Autonomous Vehicle Test Driver)

This role is responsible for supporting autonomous vehicle testing operations, including test data management, issue tracking, on-road safety assurance, vehicle maintenance, and other assigned tasks to ensure the smooth progress of autonomous driving tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and collect test data generated by autonomous vehicles; accurately and thoroughly record issues related to the autonomous driving system; provide timely feedback and submit reports on identified issues.

• Respond to on-road emergencies and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel.

• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors; promptly report any detected malfunctions.

• Assist in vehicle-related administrative and operational tasks such as insurance processing, vehicle inspections, maintenance, servicing, and repair coordination.

• Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor in a timely and high-quality manner.

Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver’s license issued in the UAE

• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a strong focus on safe driving practices

• No record of serious traffic violations, major accidents, or driving under the influences 

• Familiar with basic vehicle mechanics and capable of performing basic fault diagnosis and maintenance

• Age: 25–35 years, physically fit, well-presented, and free from harmful habits

• Education: Minimum High School qualification

• Language: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to autonomous driving test personnel and ride-hailing drivers

• Willing to align with company culture, follow company policies, and demonstrate a strong sense of discipline
