Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential clients face-to-face, presenting our products and services, and closing sales to achieve company targets. You will have the exciting opportunity to work independently, use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong desire to succeed while enjoying the flexibility of working outside of a traditional office setting.


Responsibilities

  • Engage in direct face-to-face sales conversations with potential clients daily.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Compile regular sales reports and forecasts to track accomplishments and strategies.
  • Present the company's products and services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Update and manage CRM systems with accurate and timely client information.
  • Provide feedback to the company on market trends and competitive landscape insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role for a minimum of two years.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Availability to travel frequently within the designated sales territory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards challenges and change.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
