Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess patient's vision and ocular health.

• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
• Provide accurate patient records and documentation for all clinical findings.
• Educate patients about eye health and preventative care techniques thoroughly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage patients' systemic health issues.
• Stay updated on advancements in optometry and incorporate them into practice.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school is mandatory.
• Valid optometry license in the state of practice is essential for consideration.
• Proven experience as an Optometrist in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information simply.
