Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and staff assignments within the OPD setting.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and nursing standards at all times.
• Provide direct clinical supervision and mentorship to nursing staff members.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for patient care needs.
• Facilitate effective communication between staff, patients, and families in Arabic and English.
• Develop, implement, and periodically evaluate nursing care plans and procedures.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment functionality.
• Handle patient complaints and concerns efficiently and empathetically.
• Conduct staff evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of outpatient care and clinical management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make decisive interventions.
