To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee administrative processes, manage staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their activities.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems.
Monitor office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and office culture initiatives.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support company operations.
Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to organizational development.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience in logistics or relocation services will be an added advantage.
