To further enhance our customer experience, we are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about company services, pricing, and processes.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after services are completed.
Support in building long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle customer issues calmly under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
High school diploma or higher education qualification.
