National Sales Manager

About the role:

Food People are working with a leading FMCG business in their search for a National Sales Manager. This role is responsible for managing all UAE sales operations, including dealing with distributors, and requires someone who is hands-on, hungry for growth, and has demonstrated experience in FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial strategy for the business across all channels.
• Manage all day-to-day sales operations, working with customers directly and distributors.
• Play a key role in developing short and long-term growth strategies for the business.
• Oversee sales targets, pricing strategies, and key account performance to ensure revenue objectives are met.
• Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of commercial operations, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost control.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and customers to align commercial strategies and maximise value.

Key Ingredients

• Strong commercial FMCG background.
• Must have fresh category experience.
• Must have UAE experience.
• Strong commercial leadership and strategy development background.
• Solid Understanding of direct distribution.
• Excellent communication skills.
