The finance team plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting global operations, and delivering insightful reporting to senior management.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and internal policies
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity and financial planning
  • Perform cross-country consolidation of financial statements for accurate multi-jurisdictional reporting
  • Monitor and manage intercompany transactions, ensuring proper reconciliations and balanced reporting
  • Analyze financial performance and variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and timely resolution of audit queries
  • Oversee and ensure accurate VAT return filings in accordance with UAE regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, managing facilities and ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Supervise and mentor a junior finance team, driving development and accountability

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Professional qualification CA is highly preferred
  • Prior UAE experience is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial controls
  • Proficiency in financial software such as ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Proven leadership experience and a track record of managing junior finance staff
