Motorcycle Rider

We are looking for a Motorcycle Rider to ensure the timely and secure delivery of automotive parts and documents across Dubai.

This role is key to upholding ALBA CARS high service standards by ensuring reliable and efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

• Safely deliver automotive parts to clients and service centers across Dubai.
• Handle urgent document deliveries requiring customer signatures.
• Conduct pre-delivery checks to ensure items are complete and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of each delivery and log issues promptly.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Coordinate with the purchasing and admin departments to plan delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients upon delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Report delivery statuses and any issues to the operations team.
  
  

Performance & Reporting

• Uphold punctuality standards and minimize delivery delays.
• Track delivery metrics and suggest improvements to streamline routes.
• Ensure professional handling of all customer-facing interactions.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
• Minimum 1 year of riding experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Courteous, professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure
  
  

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000

Type: Full-time, on-site position

Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
