【Job Responsibilities】

【Job Requirements】

Key Responsibilities Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and other items as required by the company. Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all documents handled. Obtain signatures or delivery confirmations where required. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning when not on delivery duty. Maintain logs or records of deliveries. Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company items and property. Provide support with banking, post office, government offices, or vendor-related errands. Follow company policies, safety rules, and traffic regulations at all times. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a messenger, office boy, or in a similar role preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Basic knowledge of the local routes, areas, and landmarks. Valid driver’s license (if deliveries require driving). Physically fit to carry out duties.
