Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in MEP estimation or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate and calculate estimations accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with project teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications to extract necessary information.
