Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with Google Ads campaigns best practices (campaign set up and optimization) and measurement set ups (conversion tracking and attribution).
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and tracking requirements for app performance.
- Excellent investigative mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to see both granular and big-picture issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence priorities.
