Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a technology or a business related field.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to the leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own the direction, strategy, and road-map for a portfolio of features designed to improve creator earnings. Manage challenges, including price recommendations, annual subscriptions, and promotional tools.
- Lead the product life-cycle, from ideation and research to launch and iteration. Navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build consensus with leaders to deliver on a multi-year plan.
- Serve as the go-to expert for creator monetization, developing an understanding of the market landscape, trends, and creator businesses.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists to ship products that directly contribute to our goal of growing Channel Memberships to a multi-billion dollar business.
