Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Fintech Company.

The Junior Marketing Manager supports the marketing team in developing and executing

marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives. The role involves coordinating daily

marketing tasks, contributing to content and promotions, and analyzing campaigns’

performance to help drive growth and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital,

social media, email, events).

*Support the creation of content and collateral (such as blogs, flyers, presentations).

*Monitor and track performance metrics (such as engagement, conversion, and lead generation).

* Prepare reports and analyze results to measure the success of campaigns.

*Liaise with internal teams and external vendors (such as designers or agencies).

*Keep up-to-date with current marketing trends and best practices.

*Provide administrative and organizational support to the marketing team.

*Assist in organizing promotions, events, and product launches.

*Develop ideas and initiatives to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related

field.

 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship (preferable).

 Familiar with digital marketing platforms, social media, and email marketing.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Photoshop or

designing software is a plus.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
