Job Description

A marketing coordinator plays a pivotal role in the execution and management of marketing strategies and campaigns. This dynamic position requires a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about coordinating marketing efforts effectively to ensure the company's marketing initiatives are smoothly executed. The marketing coordinator acts as a bridge between the marketing department and other areas within the organization, as well as with external vendors and partners. They manage schedules, assist in strategizing marketing plans, and ensure that marketing materials and assets are delivered timely and in alignment with the corporate brand. Additionally, they analyze campaign performance data and provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making it an ideal role for someone who is analytically minded but thrives in a creative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage marketing and promotional campaigns to ensure timely execution.
  • Act as liaison between the marketing department and other internal departments.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Support content creation for various marketing channels, including social media and email.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external marketing service providers and vendors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and the analysis of data insights.
  • Manage and update the marketing calendar to coordinate campaigns and events.
  • Prepare presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and report on the efficacy of marketing efforts.
  • Organize and attend marketing events to promote the company and its products.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret results for decision-making purposes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
