Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development
Generate innovative content ideas that align with brand strategies and resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop creative marketing campaigns.
Work closely with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Market Analysis
Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour to create effective brand strategies.
Conduct in-depth research to gain a deep understanding of clients industries, customers, and competitors.
Utilize data and insights to inform creative decisions.
Client Communication
Communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively to clients, addressing their feedback and ensuring their vision is met.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve client objectives.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to continually improve strategies and campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Specification
4 - 6 years of proven experience in an experiential agency as a creative strategist with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for design.
Flexibility and hands-on approach during high-stress situations.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
