Job Description

A Marketing & Communication Executive plays a pivotal role in the branding and communication strategies of a company. Responsible for creating and delivering marketing and communications strategies, they help build the company's brand, engage its target audience, and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with designers and printers to produce marketing materials aligning with branding.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Organize and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences for client engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on their performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the marketing department's budget.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication content aligns with the company’s brand voice.
  • Provide effective internal communication to keep staff informed of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing and communications role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and social media management tools.
  • Experience in content creation, including writing and editing marketing materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data and prepare detailed reports.
