Apply now for the position of Marketing and Communications Coordinator - Emiratization , and you will be in charge of driving all Merchandizing-related topics and maintaining marketing inventory

Your Role:

Responsible for vendor and supplier management

In charge of driving all Merchandizing-related topics and maintaining marketing inventory

Assist in the planning, organization and executing of events and exhibitions

Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for events

Support initiatives to improve employee engagements

Operationally handle digital presence: company intranet & internet

Handling the content collation of newsletters and their distribution

In charge of financial administration, maintenance of financial overviews, processing purchase orders.

Managing documentation of artifacts and handling the approvals processes

Support the team with ongoing projects across all channels

Your Expertise:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field. A diploma or certification in digital marketing, events management, or PR is a plus.
• 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, intranet/website handling, email newsletter tools, and ideally some exposure to social media management platforms is needed
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to proofread, edit, and collate content. Arabic or French is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and details with accuracy.
• Collaborative and a team player to work across teams
