Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven track record of improving production processes and systems effectively.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities are essential for this role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
