Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain an accurate record of maintenance activities and equipment performance logs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and prioritize repair tasks efficiently.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff members.
• Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and analyze equipment issues.
• Review work orders and prioritize tasks to maintain optimized operations.
• Ensure that maintenance workshops and equipment are kept clean and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals proficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
