MT5 Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MT5 Administrator to manage and maintain our MetaTrader 5 trading platform. The ideal candidate will ensure platform stability, risk control, regulatory compliance, and smooth integration with back-office and liquidity systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage MT5 servers and related infrastructure.

• Create and manage trading groups, symbols, spreads, commissions, leverage, and margin settings.

• Monitor trading activities, exposure, and risk across client accounts.

• Integrate and maintain liquidity provider bridges, plugins, and APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the MT5 platform.

• Conduct regular server maintenance, upgrades, and backups.

• Manage user permissions and roles for internal teams.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and regulators (e.g., SCA).

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in audits.

• Collaborate with CRM, IT, Compliance, and Back-office teams for smooth operations.

• Provide technical support to internal teams regarding platform-related queries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MT5 Administrator in a forex brokerage.

• Strong understanding of MetaTrader 5 architecture (admin, manager, dealer, data feeds).

• Hands-on experience with bridges, liquidity providers, and risk management tools.

• Knowledge of SCA or other regulatory frameworks is a plus.

• Familiarity with server management (Windows Server, SQL databases, networking).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in MT5 administration.

• Technical certifications in server or database administration (preferred but not mandatory).

• Previous experience in Forex / CFD brokerage
