As a Senior Executive Director of Technology at JPMorgan Chase within the Private Bank Mortgage Transformation team, you will spearhead the strategy from India, working closely with global technology, product, and business partners. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise to automate the end-to-end business processes for Mortgage Origination, with a focus on enhancing the client digital journey and improving processes using the latest technology stack, AI/LLM, and more. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the firm stays ahead of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements. Supported by the CEO and business heads, your mission is to establish an Agentic Private Bank, with Mortgage as the initial pilot business area, by reimagining the entire process from start to finish, rethinking the operating model including organizational structures, and developing AI agents equipped with cutting-edge tools and technologies to fundamentally transform how we conduct this business.
