Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Apex Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, along with a deep understanding of CRM business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize and configure Salesforce to support business requirements, workflows, and process automation.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and data security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and admins to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation of technical designs.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and new platform features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processes (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled jobs), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Proficiency in Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc. preferred).
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, Governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
