Key Account Manager UAE

Yango Ads offers tech-driven advertising solutions for international and local business growth. Currently, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates and contribute to the development of solutions that help clients increase conversions and achieve better results using technology.

You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and media agencies by understanding their needs, resolving challenges, and working closely with C-level executives to exceed expectations
• Planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns, continuously optimizing them to achieve client goals
• Executing the sales plan by upselling to clients and presenting ad products and services that align with their needs
• Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth workflows, promptly addressing campaign payments and operational issues to demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness
• Initiating and driving projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development to deliver business insights and support sustainable growth, helping exceed sales targets
• Managing local marketing activities aligned with annual sales goals, supporting partner field activities, and ensuring they contribute effectively to business objectives

You might be a fit if you have:

• Solid experience in client relationship management in digital advertising
• In-depth knowledge of online advertising campaigns
• Hands-on campaign management and optimization experience on digital platforms
• Experience in retail media
• Knowledge of GTM
• The ability to build long-term relationships with a consultative sales approach
• The ability efficiently manage multiple accounts at the same time
• Good multitasking, priority setting, and independent working skills
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic
