Job Description

As a Junior Staffing Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the hiring process for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to ensure that candidate sourcing and placement are conducted effectively and smoothly. Your responsibilities will include the coordination of interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and assisting in the development of innovative recruiting strategies. Responsibilities

  • Assist in completing job postings and ensuring accuracy across job portals.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and data in the recruitment database.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Screen resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone or video interviews.
  • Support the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate recruitment-related events and attend job fairs and industry events.
  • Prepare and send offer packages to selected candidates promptly.
  • Conduct employment background checks and verify references as required.
  • Provide regular feedback to candidates and hiring teams regarding the recruitment process.
  • Engage with potential candidates on social media platforms to develop a talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse candidate interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR recruitment software.
  • Previous experience or internship in human resources or staffing is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in recruitment services.
