We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Manager - Arabic Speaking to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, while ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our services. You will be an integral part of our sales and customer service teams, bridging communication between our company and our clients effectively. Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing Arabic-speaking clients to enhance loyalty.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and targeting potential new Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the company and the Arabic-speaking clientele.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the translation and localization of marketing materials for Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company services to existing clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions as necessary.
  • Support senior account managers with administrative tasks and client management duties.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of one year experience in account management or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics and business culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and market information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
