IT Support Engineer

To strengthen our team in Dubai, we are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer who can ensure seamless IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide reliable technical support to enhance workplace productivity.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related devices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot reported problems.
• Assist with data backups, recovery, and IT security protocols.
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
• Support employees with IT-related queries and provide training when required.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and data protection regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and networking systems.
• Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and IT security practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
