Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any interruptions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain and update internal IT systems, backups, and security protocols.
- Support the team with email setups, software installations, and system access.
- Document and track IT support requests and resolutions for future reference.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing or software upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a logistics or service-oriented company.
- Proficient in Windows and networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls).
- Familiar with data backup tools, antivirus software, and helpdesk systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to support users across departments and provide timely solutions.
